Diners rave about the freshness of the sushi and sashimi; many claim it’s some of the best in Glasgow. The Tonkotsu ramen receives high praise for its rich, flavorful broth, making it a top choice, especially in colder months. The bento box, praised for its variety and portion size, is another crowd favorite, offering a perfect way to sample different flavors. Nuku Nuku accommodates dietary restrictions with an extensive range of halal, vegetarian, and vegan options, making everyone feel at home. The efficient and friendly service is a highlight; patrons enjoy quick meal delivery that doesn’t compromise quality. Lastly, the ambiance exudes a casual yet trendy vibe, ideal for dining during any occasion.

Most Disliked

During peak hours, long wait times can occur, particularly on busy nights like Fridays, which can lead to frustration among diners needing a quick meal. Some patrons have noted that the space can feel cramped when the restaurant is full, while more intimate conversations might suffer due to the lively atmosphere. Although the prices are reasonable, a few customers feel that certain dishes could offer a better value at larger portion sizes. A handful of reviews also suggest that the dessert selection is relatively limited compared to the robust main menu, leaving some diners wanting more options to conclude their meal.

I would highly recommend this establishment, as it offers a superb dining experience. They provide excellent halal options, and every dish we sampled was simply delicious. We particularly enjoyed the bento box, which was my personal favorite, as well as the sushi and noodles, all of which were exceptionally good.

My husband and I come here very often, we went for my birthday a few months ago, and for our 6 year marriage anniversary the weekend just there. Nukunuku has been consistently amazing. Our food comes out lightning fast, the ladies working there are all so sweet. My only issue is that there's no ice at the bar, which made it a struggle during the Summer because it was so, so hot, and our canned drinks were still quite warm. Other than that, can't fault them. Their ebi furai is to die for.
